Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and The Sucralose Company(“we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply to your use of buysucralose.com(the “Site”) and to every order you place through it. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site or place an order.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site’s operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts, scrape or harvest data in a manner that burdens the Site, or misrepresent your identity when placing an order or requesting a quote. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept it when we send an order confirmation and take payment; until then we may decline or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, address or payment problems, or inventory availability. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.

Prices, promotions, and product availability may change at any time without notice. Despite our efforts, a product may occasionally be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information. If the correct price is higher than the price shown at checkout, we will contact you for instructions or cancel the order and refund you in full. We are not obligated to honor a price that is clearly erroneous.

Quotes issued through our request-a-quote process are informational and non-binding until we confirm the order in writing, including final pricing, quantities, and delivery terms. Wholesale and bulk transactions are governed by the terms stated in the confirmed quote or purchase-order confirmation; where those terms conflict with these Terms, the confirmed quote controls for that transaction.

Product information on the Site — including specifications, Certificates of Analysis, conversion tools, and educational content — is compositional and factual in nature (for example: zero calories, sugar-free, approximately 600x sweeter than sugar). It is provided for general information only and is not medical, dietary, or health advice, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your individual circumstances.

Shipping methods, costs, processing times, and our return and refund policy are described in our Shipping & Returns policy, which is part of these Terms.

The Site and its content — text, graphics, logos, product copy, and published documents — are owned by or licensed to The Sucralose Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use (for example, saving a COA for your supplier file); any other reproduction or commercial use requires our prior written permission.

Except as expressly stated in a product specification or Certificate of Analysis for the lot you received, the Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Sucralose Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the product or order giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These Terms and any dispute arising out of them or your use of the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Nevada will have exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute, except where applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised. Changes take effect when posted and apply to orders placed after that date; your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
