Orders ship from our Nevada facility with flat-rate US shipping ($5.99, free over $49.00). Because our products are food, returns are accepted only on unopened items in their original sealed packaging — the details are below.

[01] Shipping rates and coverage

US shipping is a flat $5.99 per order, and orders of $49.00 or more ship free. The rate you see at checkout is the rate you pay — no surcharges by weight or item count.

We currently ship within the United States only. International and freight shipping for wholesale volumes can be arranged through a quote request.

[02] Processing and delivery

Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days from our Nevada facility. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a shipping notice with tracking once it is on its way. Delivery timing after handoff depends on the carrier and your location.

[03] Returns — 30 days, unopened only

You may return any product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unopened and in its original sealed packaging. Because sucralose is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened consumables for food-safety reasons — once a seal is broken, the product cannot be restocked or resold.

Returned items must arrive with the tamper seal intact. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error (see damaged or incorrect items below).

[04] Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error.

[05] Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, email us a photo of the product and packaging within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right with a replacement or a full refund — no need to ship the damaged item back unless we ask.

[06] B2B and bulk orders

Wholesale and bulk purchases made through our quote process are governed by the shipping, return, and claim terms stated in the confirmed quote. Where the quote is silent, this policy applies.

[07] How to start a return

Email support@buysucralose.com with your order number (format TSC-XXXXX, on your confirmation email) and the items you want to return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address for our Nevada facility.
