Allergen Statement

Sucralose FCC supplied by The Sucralose Company does not contain, and is not derived from, any of the nine major food allergens identified under FALCPA and the FASTER Act: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soybeans, and sesame.

No allergenic materials are handled in our packaging facility, and no shared-equipment cross-contact with allergenic materials occurs in our filling and packaging operations. Allergen status of the incoming raw material is verified against the manufacturer's documentation for each lot received.

Non-GMO Statement

Sucralose is produced by the selective chlorination of sucrose. The sucralose supplied by The Sucralose Company is not a genetically modified organism, and no genetically modified organisms are used in its manufacture.

As a highly purified single molecule, the finished product contains no detectable protein or DNA. It is not subject to bioengineered-food disclosure under the USDA National Bioengineered Food Disclosure Standard.

BSE/TSE Statement

Sucralose FCC supplied by The Sucralose Company is manufactured entirely from non-animal raw materials. No materials of animal origin — including bovine, ovine, or caprine derivatives — are used in the manufacturing process, as processing aids, or in packaging in direct contact with the product.

Accordingly, the product presents no risk of transmitting Bovine Spongiform Encephalopathy (BSE) or other Transmissible Spongiform Encephalopathies (TSE).

Shelf Life & Storage Statement

Shelf life: 36 months from date of manufacture in the original, unopened packaging. The date of manufacture and lot number are printed on every package and traceable through the published batch COA.

Storage conditions:Store in a cool, dry place below 25 °C (77 °F) at ≤ 60% relative humidity, protected from light, in tightly closed original containers. Sucralose is hygroscopic at high humidity; once opened, reseal containers promptly and retain the supplied desiccant where included.

Handling: No special handling requirements beyond standard food-ingredient GMPs. Refer to the SDS for complete handling and safety information.
